The Verve Foundation is made possible by the support of altruistic individuals and businesses who understand their role as change-makers – all keen to play their part in the solution, and not just talk about the problem. 


We run a number of initiatives via the Foundation, all designed to help fix some of the key challenges in financial services, including:

* attracting new talent to the profession

* supporting the launch and growth of independent advice firms to enhance choice for clients 

* broader financial education in the wider society 

We have already impacted the sector by helping hundreds of new people get into finance, and hundreds of new advice business to launch - and we're only just getting started!

With the launch of our first ever not-for-profit initiative ‘We Are Change’ as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, applications came flooding in and The Verve Foundation was born. With the aim of creating and investing further into the future of finance, we hope to broaden our support with new initiatives, as and when they are needed.
